1Acceptance of terms

By using the platform or its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and your company. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2Service

Kemit Adnaced provides Ezee HR, a cloud platform for HR, payroll, attendance, and recruitment on a subscription basis. Each company gets its own link and data isolated from others.

3User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• The system administrator is responsible for the accuracy of company data and for users and their permissions within the account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4Free trial and subscription

• Every company starts with a 14-day free trial.
• Pricing is per active employee per month according to the plan, with a minimum number of employees per plan.
• Invoices are issued in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly period; yearly billing gives you 2 months free.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue, followed by a 7-day grace period, after which the account becomes read-only until payment.
• The system administrator can change the plan or billing cycle from the subscription page.

5Acceptable use

• The service must be used for lawful purposes only.
• It must not be used to harm others or infringe intellectual property rights.
• The service may not be resold or assigned without our prior written consent.
• Attempting to access other companies' data, disrupting the service, or reverse engineering it is prohibited.

6Your company's data

Your company's and employees' data remains your company's property. We process it under the Privacy Policy, and you can request a copy at any time.

7Intellectual property

All platform content, software, and trademarks are owned exclusively by Kemit Adnaced or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

8Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Your company remains responsible for reviewing payroll, calculations, and decisions based on platform data, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

9Termination

You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend the account for violating these terms or for non-payment after the grace period.

10Changes

We may change these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes by your registered email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
