This policy explains how Kemit Adnaced collects, uses, and protects data when you use the Ezee HR HR and payroll platform and its website. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.

2Data we collect

• Registration data: the company's name, business activity, address, phone, commercial register and tax number, and the system administrator's name and email.
• Employee data entered by your company: personal and job details, attendance, leave, payroll, evaluations, and documents.
• Technical usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and sign-in and activity logs.
• Location and photo when clocking in from a phone — only if your company enables this feature.
• Billing data: invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by certified payment gateways, and we never store card details.

3How we use data

• To provide and operate the platform for your company and its employees.
• To issue invoices and manage your subscription.
• To send account and service notifications.
• To provide technical support and improve performance and security.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4Your company's role and ours

For employee data, your company is the data controller and decides how it is used; we process it on your company's behalf and only on its instructions. Your company is responsible for obtaining any required consent from its employees.

5Sharing data

We never sell or rent your data. We may share it only in the following cases:

• With hosting, email, and payment providers, to the extent needed to deliver the service.
• With authorities when legally required.
• With any party your company chooses, such as systems connected through the API.

6Data security

• Each company's data is fully isolated from other companies.
• Encrypted connections and passwords.
• Two-factor authentication and fine-grained permissions per role and branch.
• A complete audit log and regular backups.

7Data retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as the subscription is active. Your company can request a copy of its data or its permanent deletion when the subscription ends; deletion happens after the request is verified.

8Your rights

You and your company's employees may access data and request its correction or deletion. Employees submit requests to their company, or contact us at sales@tebalink.com.

9Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in, remembering your language, and protecting forms — never for advertising.

10License to use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription. It may not be copied or redistributed, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or within the platform, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.
